She was predeceased by : her parents, John Wesley and Tiny Mullins; her husband Alex Mullins; her sons, John and Larry Mullins; and her granddaughter Goldie Bryant.
She is survived by : her children, Paul Mullins (Priscilla) of Dorton, KY and Annette Jones (late Clinton) of Virgie, KY.; her grandchildren, Susan Newsome (Robert), Patricia Compton, Daniel Jones, Dean Mullins, Julian "Julie" Miller, Kimberly Mullins, Brook Shell and Molly Alexis Faith Mullins; and her siblings, Hazel Newsome, Harold "Junior" Mullins, Foster Mullins and David Mullins.
