He is survived by: his wife Ruby Louise Burke Bentley of Long Fork; his daughters, Katrina Pacitti (Ron) of Wyandotte, MI and Kristy DeHerrera (Gino) of Olathe, KS; his grandchildren, Damien Mathis (Lindsay), Dustin Greene, Brett Lewis, Daniel Greene (Angel), Sean Lewis (Julie) and Nicole DeHerrera; and his great grandchildren, Colten Mathis, Daniel Greene Jr. and Payten Mathis.
