She is survived by: her mother Sheila Newsom Blackburn; her children, Sebastian Taylor of Morehead, Jacob Taylor of Morehead and Gabbi Mullins of Pikeville; her brother Ricky Shawn Mullins (Kari) of Pikeville; her aunts, Phyllis Bowling (Roy), Thelma Newsome (Don), Jennifer Webb (Timmy) and Trula Fields (Tim); her nephews, Ian and Liam; and her niece Sally Mullins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home (1101 KY-610, Virgie, KY 41572). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
