With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mack Blackburn of Virgie, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 16, 2025 at the age of 64. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henderson Blackburn and Hattie Kelly Blackburn; his son Nathan Kent Blackburn; and his siblings, Charles Blackburn, Jerry Browning, June Bartley, Mary Easterling and Barbara Overstreet.
He is survived by: his children, Hunter Blackburn of Penny and Kayla Lester (James) of Penny; his sisters, Alline Thacker, Loma Costanzo, Vicki New and Tina Coleman; and his grandchildren, Ariel Faith Blackburn, Tripp Lester and Allie Lester.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home (1101 KY-610, Virgie, KY 41572). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
