She was predeceased by: her parents, Wavey Johnson and Beulah Osborne Johnson; and her brother Kenneth Johnson. She is survived by: her husband John Franklin Justice; her sons, Kirk Justice (LaDonna) of Pikeville and Keith Justice (Deanna) of Harrodsburg; her sisters, Sandra Johnson Kelly and Glendora Johnson Phillips; and her grandchildren, Aaron Justice (Olivia Coleman), Hannah Chaffin (Damian), Lilyanna Justice and Alexander Justice.
