He was predeceased by: his father Albert Dean "Biggen" Hawkins. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Pearl Richardson Mattingly of Radcliff; his wife Sherri Ray Hawkins; his children, Ethan Hawkins, Matthew Ray, Jacob Hawkins, Ambria Hawkins and Breonna Ray; his sister Donna Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Aleigha Newsome, Keegan Thomas, Arianna Thomas and Rayden Smith.
