He is survived by : his daughters, Sylena Bartley (Troy) of Prestonsburg, Christie Hobson (Scott) of Pikeville and Shawna Blankenship (Alex) of Caney Creek; his siblings, Malloy Bartley (Sheila) of Virgie and Katheryn Osborne of Virgie; his grandchildren, Austin Moon, Ryan Bartley, Victoria Moon, Charles Tyler Blankenship and McKenzie Grace Hobson; and his great grandchildren, Kyler Duran Moon and Cori Faith Moon.
