He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Lee Casebolt of Floyd County; his sons, Samuel Dean Casebolt (Carol) and Jonathan Keith Casebolt (Jamie); his grandchildren, Natasha Newsome, Sammy Casebolt, Kasey Casebolt, Jessica Casebolt, Austin Casebolt and Kamron Casebolt; his great grandchildren, Keylee and Bristol Newsome; and his sisters, Lillian Hampton, Frances Hampton, Lennie Mattingly, Spicy Bartley and Rosa Hall.
