He is survived by : his parents, Rickey Tackett and Molly Cole Tackett of Esco; his sister Ricka Ratliff (James) of Esco; his niece Melynn Tackett of Shepherdsville; and his grandmother Martha Jo Tackett of Longfork. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
