She was predeceased by : her husband Russel Adams; her parents, Hugh McCay and Helen Benge McCay; her son Russel Barry Adams; and her siblings, Mary Jo Whitaker, Betty Blevins, Mildred Dean, Hugh Mason "Butch" McCay and Don Allen McCay.

She is survived by : her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Jimmy Saylor; her grandchildren, Adam Saylor (Amanda), Brandon Saylor (Katie), Haleigh Ward (Blake) and Jordan Adams (Paige); and her great grandchildren, Audrey Saylor, Emma Saylor, Hadley Saylor, Kennedy Jo Saylor and Charlotte Saylor. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
