With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Evans Turpin of Waco, Kentucky, born in Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on December 2, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Burley Evans and Sallie Mae Kaylor Evans; her husband Johnny Turpin; her daughter Roxanne Abner; and her siblings, Burley Evans, Jr. and Elsie Todd.

She is survived by : her sons, Bobby Turpin (Brenda) and John Brent Turpin (Natasha Burton); her sisters, Sherry House (Claude), Nellie Alexander and Nettie Potts-Smith; her grandchildren, Emma Carson Turpin (Colton Matt), Summer Dawn Combs (Anthony) and Joshua Wayne Abner; her great grandchildren, Brennon Willis, Andrew Marcum, Clayton Combs, Lakenzie Noe and Keegan Combs; and her sister-in-law Tabitha Evans. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
