It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Golda Bailey of Waco, Kentucky, born in Hyden, Kentucky, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Dewey Bailey; her parents, Bradley Pennington and Nannie Callihan Pennington; her sister Alphia Bowman; her children, Huey Bailey and Frances Horn; and her granddaughters, Audrey Trina Hall and Melissa Bailey.

She is survived by : her children, Joel Bailey (Carol), Pascal Dwayne Bailey (Wanda), Elihue Bailey (Sandra), Jerry Bailey (Roberta), Richard Bailey, Calvin Bailey Terry (Brenda), Bert Bailey and Cathy Rogers (Danny); her brother Bradley Pennington; her son-in-law Larry Horn; and her great grandchildren, Porter Dobson, Jimmy Bailey and Tasha Hicks. She is also survived by twenty five grandchildren, fifty great grandchildren and twenty three great- great grandchildren.
