She is survived by: her children, Angela Cheatham (Richard), James "Jay" Palmer, Madison Co and Phillip Allen Palmer; her stepchildren, Georgiana "Gina" Burnell, Madison Co, Maudellen "Cissy" Lakes (Flemon) and Phillip David Martin (Kim); her siblings, Martha Horn (Estill Co), Johnny Newman, Estill Co, Ronnie Newman and Laurel Co; her sister-in-law Claudia Clark; and her grandchildren, Leah Joy O'Donnell, Elijah Palmer, Jordan Palmer and Dakota Martin.
