He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Pearl and Lula; his wife Mary Elizabeth Walling McIntosh; and his siblings, Morris McIntosh, Ethel Pucket (James), Allie McElroy (Joe), Ella Cruse (Luther), Lucille Cruse (Ralph), Lyda Cruse and Mary Ellen McClure.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Sebastian (Steve); his grandchildren, Stephanie Adkins (Darryl) and Morgan Lewis (John); and his great grandchildren, Steven Adkins (Brooklyn Luster), Alyssa Adkins, Amelia Lewis and Sophia Lewis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Flatwoods Cemetery (263 College Hill Rd, Waco, KY 40385).
