He is survived by : his mother Gladys Couch; his wife Bonnie Couch; his children, Kenneth Couch, Chris Couch and Michaela (Gurl) Couch (Daniel Thomas); his grandchildren, Kylie, Marley, Colton, Ryker, Malia, Noah and Elijah; and his siblings, Eddie Couch (Wanda) and Tina Couch.
