She is survived by: her husband William Seay Jr. of Taylorsville, Kentucky; her daughter Harley Wynn Seay; her parents, Don Newberry and Joann Newberry of Waddy, Kentucky; her sister Megan Joy Green (Devin) of Waddy, Kentucky; and her stepson William Douglas Seay. She is also survived by five grandchildren, five nieces, and one nephew.
