He is survived by: his significant other Doris; his son Matthew Spencer (Tommy) of Columbus, NC; his sister-in-law Ann Davis of Louisville; his nieces, Susan Davis of Louisville and Diane McIntosh of Shelbyville; and his cousins, Lee Gentry (Martha) of Harrodsburg and Spencer Bentley of Haverhill.
