It is with sadness that the passing of Jackie Howell (Wallingford, Kentucky) is shared. Jackie, born on August 10, 1956, passed away on June 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee Howell and Myrtle Louise Clark Howell; and his siblings, Walter Howell Jr., Ronald Joe Howell, Roberta Prater and Judy Thurman McGinnis.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Elaine Miller Howell; his daughters, Joann Sparks (Timmy Sparks) of Petersville and Rebecca Earles (Brent Earles) of Maysville; his siblings, Arnold Howell and Connie Carpenter; and his great grandchildren, Amber Todd (Tyler Todd), Madison Smalley, Clayton Smalley, Skyler Muse, Malachi Muse, Connor Earles, Gracie Earles, Noah Sparks and Graham Todd. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
