He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Elam; his stepchildren, Jesse Fugate, Christopher Elam, Victoria Cummins (Steven) and Kori Elam (Lyndsay); his grandchildren, Jaxton, Sunny, Lera, Jacobi, Emsli and Kaleesi; and his siblings, Anita, Angela and Vincent. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
