He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Estil and Lydia Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jean Smith of Wallins; his children, Rebecca Smith Middleton (Philip) of Bledsoe and Bobby Estil Wayne Smith (Trish) of Wallins; his grandchildren, Destiny, Alishia and Emily Middleton; and his siblings, Bucky Smith (Sharon) of Speedwell, TN, Kelly Smith (Elizabeth) of Wallins, Barbara Collett (Eddie) of Coldiron and Shannon (Doug) of Lafollette, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
