She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Belcher and Sarah Sizemore Belcher; her husband Delmar Slusher; her daughter Judy Lavanne; and her siblings, Almer, Rodney, Arnold Belcher and Lillian Belcher Slusher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Hendricks (Robert) of Shepherdsville, KY and Debra Slusher Brock of Wallin; her brother Wiley Belcher of Wallins; and her grandchildren, David Alton Haynie II, Jennifer Renee Dinger Haynie, Jonathan Robert Hendricks, Jonathan Robert Hendricks II, Stephanie Mullins Sweet and Brian Joseph Mullins.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harlan Funeral Home (202 S Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
