He was predeceased by : his son Scott Bradley Cottrell. He is survived by : his mother Sandra Edds Cottrell of Wallins; his children, Kayla Danielle of Danville, KY and Arthur Douglas of Corbin; the mother of his children Karen Cottrell of Corbin; and his siblings, Jenny Gross (Roy) of Wallins, Curtis Cottrell (Shannon) of Pensacola, FL and Harvey Cottrell (Pam) of Corbin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
