He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Vincent Noe and Elsie Noe. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Rea Noe; and his children, Deletta Noe of Illinois, Dawain Noe of Illinois, Michalene Sychowski of Illinois and Craig Noe. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
