It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Cecil Lively of Wallins, Kentucky, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Cathy Jean Collins. He is survived by : his father John Cecil Hobbs; his daughter Tracy Ann Smith of Bulls Gap, TN; his stepdaughter Robin Shepherd; his sisters, Teresa Abner (Harlan), Heather Napier and Amber Lawson; and his nieces, Kathy Rice (Harlan) and Fonda Abner Creech. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and many dear friends.
