He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Cottrell Osborne; his children, Heather Hensley (David), Jennifer Shepherd (Charlie) and Ricky Osborne (Danielle); his grandchildren, Gage Shepherd, Charli Reece Shepherd, Cameron Shepherd, Preslee Hensley, Parker Osborne, Olivia Osborne, Payton Cobb (Corey), Dylon Smith (Tiffany Baldwin), Mary Kate McGoon-Moore (Sam), Charles Kendal Shepherd (Brittney) and Logan Shepherd (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Emory, Knox Cobb, Brylan, McKinlee, Lillian Smith, Rosa, Charlie Dean and Scarlett Shepherd; and his caregivers, Cynthia Daniels, Kaysi Morris, Infusion, Erica Couch, Etta Woodard and Lisa Cozart. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other family and friends.
