He is survived by: his siblings, Adam Haywood (Claire) of Wallins, KY, Bobbie Vendetta Crider (Robert) of Wallins, KY and Bernadine Haywood of Orlanda, FL. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
