He is survived by : his wife Janie Chadwick; his children, Melissa Thomas Shepherd (Shep), Della Niday (James), Deanna Saylor Morales (Fidel) and Caleb Hensley; his grandchildren, Josh Shepherd, Tonya Hensley, Stephanie Miles (Will), Billy Wayne Hensley, Jr. (Ashley) and Brandi Fee (Austin); his great grandchildren, Hailey Rider, Wyatt Miles of Mallory Miles, J. J, Prince and Brystal Shepherd; his siblings, Darlene Niday, Judy Benson and Jack Thomas (Vanessa); his sons-in-law, Tom Saylor and Billy Wayne Hensley, Sr.; and his close friends, Sissy Niday, Nancy Sizemore and Jennifer Belcher Caldwell.
