She is survived by: her sons, Rick Stephens (Rhonda) and Kelly F. Fulmer; her granddaughters, Julie Spiering (Chad), Sarah Stephens (Paul Sturgeon) and Jessica Minnich (Scott); her great grandchild Taylor Bowman (Trevor); and her great great grandchild Emma Bowman.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial donations be made to the Walton Cemetery, C/O: Joella Flynn, treasurer, 12409 Crouch Road, Walton, KY 41094 or to the charity of donor's choice.
