He was predeceased by : his grandfather Ronald Ray Tackett; his aunts, Jan Cloyde and Linville Murdock; his uncle Larry Bradshaw; his caregiver Ginny Hamilton; and his pet Sly.
He is survived by : his parent Shawn Rae Tackett Murdock; his siblings, Megan Murdock Loschiavo (Brandon) and Maclain Murdock; his cousins, Chelsey Gardner (Jeff), Andrew Harrington, Janece Harrington, Jackson Murdock, Chandler Murdock, Aiden Tackett and Hanna Tackett; his aunts and uncles, Tonya Harrington (Greg), Shea Murdock (Jenny) and Owen Tackett (Kandice); and his grandparents, Barbara, Lloyd Murdock and Brenda Tackett. He is also survived by his friend.
