It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Thomas Spencer of Walton, Kentucky, who passed away on November 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Spencer and Irene Smith; and his brothers, Ray Spencer and Pete Spencer. He is survived by: his sisters, Norma Spencer, Sheila Spencer, Phyllis Schweim and Many. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews; several cousins; and many other friends and relatives.

“We love you Lowell, We met Lowell at Mc Donald's we would talk for hours. We grew as friends. Would see him at the store and then to his home. He would show us the fish pond and all his flowers a real victory garden. To write this I am tearing up. He would walk to his peach trees and get us the largest peach to take home. God is going to have Lowell work in heavens garden. He worked hard in his yard and love doing it. He loved his mother and always talked of mom. Love Carol and Fred”
