She is survived by: her daughters, Karin Hamlin (Jeff) and Kay Philpot; her daughter-in-law Susan Martin; her grandchildren, Megan Napier (Austin), Wes Philpot (Lily), Kim Hamlin, Isaac Hamlin, Chris Martin and Claire Martin; her great grandchildren, Oakleigh Napier and Gianna Philpot; her siblings, Hannelore Dillig, Adolf Michel, Alfred Michel, Emil Michel and Hartmut Michel; and her close friend Sharon Poyser.
