She is survived by: her husband John William Smith Jr.; her daughters, Donna Partin (Dan) and Sheila Thomas (Marvin); her siblings, Tom Murray (Barbara) and Susan Murray; her daughter-in-law Sandra Smith; and her sister-in-law Edie Murray. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the House of Deliverance (626 Washington Ave, Newport, KY 41076). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the House of Deliverance Church (626 Washington Ave, Newport, KY 41076). A burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at the Alexandria Cemetery (7 Spillman Dr, Alexandria, KY 41001).
