She was predeceased by: her grandmother Cathryn L. Fugazzi. She is survived by: her parents, Joseph L. Lombardi and Chelsey R. Moore (Evan); her sisters, Ella M. Lombardi and Clara Beth Frank; her grandparents, Sharon K. Lombardi and Ted N. Lombardi; and her aunts and uncles, Alyssa A. Kent (Ryan), Amanda L. Powell (Jonathan), Christopher B. Lombardi and Nicholas J. Lombardi. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
