He is survived by: his wife Lori Kane; his children, Michael Kane, Mary Sander (Matt), Stephen Kane (Tricia), Rick Cook (Taylor) and Jay Elliott (Kim); and his grandchildren, Shannon, Sarah, Erin, Jenna, Jake, Jessi, Joey, Cassi, Adisun, Carter, Cody, James, Kody and Kayla.
