He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley and Gladys; his wife Gladys Groger; his stepchildren, Darrell Proffitt and Shirley Harding; and his siblings, Evelyn Oliver and Kenneth Groger.
He is survived by : his daughters, Karen Beckerich (Tim), Linda Mounts (Gary) and Debby Ishmael; his stepdaughter Carolyn Proffitt; his son Bill Groger (Rita); and his stepson Dale Proffitt (Tina). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
