She was predeceased by: her father Theo Brock; her husband Dennis Cogdill; and her brother Herman Brock. She is survived by: her mother Bertha Roark Randolf of Parsons, TN; her daughter Samantha Gamble (Jason) of Middlesboro, KY; and her sister Diane Blankenship of Parsons, TN. She is also survived by friends and coworkers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the New Hope Community Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
