She is survived by: her children, Teresa Arnett (Harry) of Pikeville, KY and Remona Stacy (J. C.) of Pikeville, KY; her grandchildren, Bailey, Monica Adams (Matt) and Matthew Stacy (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Aliegha and Scarlett; and her siblings, Nora Jean Smith (Woody) of Pikeville, KY and Richard Maynard (Ellen) of Genoa, WV. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as extended family.
