He is survived by: his daughters, Denise May (Larry) of Wayne, Melanie Curry (Claude Hamrich) of Charleston, Janie Michelle Chafin and Gwen Fluty (Pat) of Crum; his great grandchild Jemma May; his brothers, Homer Chafin, Donald Chafin and Ray Chafin; Rick Curry, Terista Warren and Clyde "Patch" Chapman.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mullins Family Funeral Home (106 Riverfront Road, Warfield, KY 41267). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
