Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mullins Family Funeral Home (106 Riverfront Road, Warfield, KY 41267). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
