He is survived by: his children, John Mickal Stevens of Long Branch, Joey Stevens (Linda) of Long Branch and Deana Stevens Maynard (Jeremy Plank) of Johnson Co; his grandchildren, Faith Maynard, Ezrah Maynard, Lucas Maynard, Ada Harless, Jasmine Stevens and Eli Plank; his great grandchild Haven Smith; and his siblings, Phillip Sheridian Stevens (Alice) of Flatwood, Rachel Stevens Stepp (Thurell) of Long Branch, Nancy Stevens of Ohio and Hester Stevens Pack of Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
