She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Walker and Frank Shadd; and her husband Gordon Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Sartin (Daniel) of Dunlow, Elaine (Joe), Spaulding of Dunlow, Elizabeth Maynard of Crum, Jeffery (Tunya), Chris Johnson (Sabrina) of Dunlow and Kevin Johnson of Prestonsburg; her grandchildren, Kayla Grant (Taylor), Jordan (Torie), Jonathon Johnson (Sophie), Lexy Mann (Mason), Hannah Mays (Nick), Christopher Johnson (Holly), Morgan Maynard, Kendra Maynard, Keira Maynard, Carly, Whitleigh Joelle, Macie Jo, Kingsley Madison, Lanie Ann, Ellie Mae and Keegan Tate; her friends, Jewell Spaulding, Maggie Marcum and Michelle Kelly; Michael Maynard of Dunlow.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mullins Family Funeral Home (106 Riverfront Road, Warfield, KY 41267). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
