He is survived by: his stepchildren, Michael Wayne Farley (Robert Farley) and Fanny Chaffin; and his siblings, Darrell Maynard, James Hammonds, Billy Hammonds, Bobby Hammonds, Edith Hammonds, Pasty Moore and Mary Hammonds.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mullins Family Funeral Home (106 Riverfront Road, Warfield, KY 41267). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
