She is survived by: her children, Daniel (Mary Lou Perry), Dale Perry, Dwayne (Misty Perry), Debbie Perry, Danielle Daniel and Denise (Jonathan James); her grandchildren, Matt, Mitch, Dakota, Kacey, Katelin, Zechariah, Gabriel, Virginia, Mahalia, Gary Lee, Hailey and Nathan; and her great grandchildren, Jake, Emma, Landon, Lucas, Callie, Mariah, Aubree, Garret and Emmalyn.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mullins Family Funeral Home (106 Riverfront Road, Warfield, KY 41267). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM.
