He was predeceased by: his parents, John David Parker and Jeanette Satchwell Parker; and his sister-in-law Major Margaret Louise Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Anna D. Bennett Parker; his daughter Robin Parker-Hackett; his grandchild Renne Parker Hackett; his close friend Larry Osbourne; and his pet Cody. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
