He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, John and Kate Lemon; and his uncles, Shawn Mowery and Johnny Lemon (Ryan Thurman). He is survived by: his mother Nikki Simpson; his grandmother Vicki Simpson; his aunts, Pamma Lemon and Lea Lemon; his cousins, Jennifer Ramsey, Michael Ramsey, Joshua, Christopher Lemon, Debbie, Dennis Graham, Ashley, Sarah Goodpastor, Lynn Clark and Wesley Clark (Andre); and his grandmother Kate.

In lieu of flowers his family request donations be made to Heart-to-Heart Hospice.
