It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leoa Joyce Parsons Lee of Washington, Kentucky, who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Neely and Elizabeth Neely; and her former husband Ken Parsons. She is survived by: her daughters, Brogan Lee (Cody) of Washington and Madi Lee (Brian) of Washington; her husband Rory Lee of Washington; her children, Pete Parsons (Kim) of Washington and Patty Allen (Michael) of Washington; her sisters, Roberta Griggs (Bill) of West Lafayette and Lynn O'Brian (late Joe) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Elijah, Elire, Garrett and Zack.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jubilee Christmas.
