Steven will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Steven is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Steven’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jill; and his son Jason Flaherty. He is survived by: his daughter Katelyn Flaherty. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the McFarland-Troutman-Proffitt Funeral Home (111 N Bardstown Rd, Mt Washington, KY 40047).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests all donations be made to the Hildegard House.
