It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wrenlow Rhode Ainsworth of Washington, Kentucky, who passed away on September 2, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Ashlie Ainsworth and Luke Ainsworth; her grandparents, Robert, Teresa Gauthier, Mandy Ainsworth and Graham Ainsworth; her aunts and uncles, Madison Gauthier, Zoe Ainsworth, Max and Mason Gauthier; and her great-grandparents, Raymond Fretten, Marilyn Ainsworth and Carlene DePiro. She is also survived by numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Wrenlow's name to The PPROM Foundation which hopes to provide resources and support for those experiencing Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes (PPROM) in pregnancy and beyond (https://www.aapprom.org).
