She was predeceased by: her parents, James Reynolds and Lizzie Mae Holmes. She is survived by: her children, R. Simon Terry of Hot Springs, AR and Irrissa L. Spann of Calvert City, KY; and her sister Theresa L. Wilson of Water Valley, KY. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
