She is survived by: her children, Jason Warrens (Sandy) of Martin, KY and Melissa Hale (Donny) of Wayland, KY; her half-siblings, Arlie Jackson, Garrett, Ernest Jackson (Jackie) of Banner, KY, Millard Jackson of West Liberty, KY, Shirley Kiser (Bud) of Greenville, OH and Alma Anderson of Cave Run, KY; her grandchildren, Jordan Trent Hale, Jaron Brent Hale, Jadon Donny Hale, Jason Blake Warrens and Kiara Lee Warrens; and her great grandchild Elijah Casey Hale.
